This fun mod was created to be used with 4 of my pattern collection (body styles). So many fun possibilities.
There are two sizes of the bloom face piece. The large size is designed to work with my new holdables collection, mini collection or my whimsy friends collection. The small size is designed to work with my pocket friends collection for the cutest little pocket bloom monster.
So, that is great news! If you already own any of my patterns from these collections you are GOLDEN and you can simply make the body/head all in one color, omitting any color changes, instrutions about adding a tail, ears, eyes etc. You just need a blank canvas to sew this bloom face piece to and then TA DA...bloom monster complete!
There are only a few patterns I would not recommend using for this mod.
1: Pocket Moody, Mini Moody and Mr. Moody (whimsy collection). The reason is because the head shape is specific to that character and not "round" like the rest of the patterns.
2: Mini Collection Clown and Mini collection Gingerbread. The reason is the BO stitches that are incorporated into the body. It is doable to omit those and figure out the stitch count but not as cut and dry as using one of the more simple patterns.
Other then that, there are SO many possibilities.
But don't worry...if you don't already own any of those patterns, you can either purchase one of those patterns for your desired body style and now you have that pattern and are able to make this fun bloom monster OR you can purchase the bloom monster BUNDLE that includes instructions for all 4 body styles and the 2 sizes of the bloom face piece.
